Who trains like that?
Quality fitness in this era leads people to ask why we train the way we train. We need ways to discover how a quality strength and fitness program is supposed to work for each of us.
Evaluating quality programs:
- Standard training is based on warmup, work and cool down
- But sometimes I'm asking why you’re working like that
- Assessing training programs shouldnt be a mystery and alchemical
